Its simple guys you need to do all these steps :
First if you have domain like yourblog.blogspot.com and you apply with this domain name or with any other like .com etc so you have to need and account on any other domain i use .tk domain its free .....
Step 1: Get any domain name for your blog e.g .com, .tk , .co.nr etc
Step 2: Made another G mail account and made it admin for your blog. if you do not know how to made admin then click here .
Step 4: Then go to blogger and open Earning tab of your blog from new gmail account and then you click on dashboard and ad sense account open fill all the form and put new domain and apply then you go back to main account and see your blog,you again apply for blogger this is only one way you can apply for your blog when you banned from blogger ....
